Standard and express shipping options may be available depending on your location. Orders may require a signature on delivery to help ensure your BBQ Jerky order reaches you safely.

Once your payment has been received and processed, we will prepare your order for dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on your location, the carrier selected and circumstances outside our control. We may request photographs or ask that the product be returned to us for assessment. Where a return is required for an eligible faulty product, we will arrange the appropriate return process.
