Our Australian beef jerky is made with quality Australian beef and cooked low and slow with real smoke. We don’t make jaw-breaking dry jerky, and we don’t make soft, wet jerky either. Ours sits right in the middle, with a great chew, plenty of flavour and the characteristic fibres of properly made jerky.
